How to find your device

Not sure which device you have? Here's how to check.

• 1Check the back of your device — the model is usually printed there (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Pro).
• 2iPhone / iPad: go to Settings → General → About → Model Name.
• 3Android: go to Settings → About Phone → Model.

How to find your MiO software version

Only takes a few seconds to find inside the app.

• 1Open the MiO app on your device.
• 2Tap Settings → About → App Version.
• 3You'll see a number like 3.2.1 — the first digit is your version. Select the closest match above.

How to find your platform & OS version

Select your platform, then enter the version number.

• 1iPhone / iPad: go to Settings → General → About → iOS Version. Select iOS above.
• 2Android: go to Settings → About Phone → Android Version. Select Android above.
• 3Enter the full version number in the OS Version field, e.g. 17.4 or 14.
