How to find your device

Not sure which device you have? Here's how to check.

- 1Check the back of your device — the model is usually printed there (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Pro).
- 2**iPhone / iPad:** go to Settings → General → About → Model Name.
- 3**Android:** go to Settings → About Phone → Model.

How to find your MiO software version

Only takes a few seconds to find inside the app.

- 1Open the **MiO app** on your device.
- 2Navigate to the **main dashboard** screen.
- 3Tap the menu icon  in the **top left corner** to open the navigation menu.
- 4Your version number will be listed there — it looks something like 1.7.1114. Enter the full number into this field.

How to find your OS version

Enter the version of iOS or Android running on your device.

- 1**iPhone / iPad:** go to Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
- 2**Android:** go to Settings → About Phone → Android Version.
- 3Enter the full version number here, e.g. 17.4 or 14.
